Orders Information

If you’re thinking of making an order, this list should tell you everything you need to know. Before you jump in and make your purchase, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you out. 

1. How can I place an order?

You can order a Lifedge product online at www.lifedge.co.uk. To purchase a Lifedge product simply click on “Shop” and select the item you want. Then select the model, colour and quantity you would like and click “buy” to add to your shopping cart.  Once you have added everything you want to your shopping cart click on “Go to Checkout.” At this stage, check that you are happy with your order and select your country of residence to see your predicted delivery time. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to fill in your delivery address and payment details. Once your order has gone through successfully, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express, Laser, Diners and Paypal.

3. How do I know you have received my order?

We’ll send you an email as soon as we receive your order to confirm all of the details.

4. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Don’t worry, just email  and ask for a reminder. We’ll email it through to you.

5. What happens if an item is found to be out of stock after I place an order?

It’s very rare for an item to be out of stock once you’ve placed an order, but if this does happen, we’ll be in touch to offer you an alternative product or to advise you on when we can fulfill your order by.

6. When will I be charged for my order?

If you pay by card the money will normally leave your bank account within 2 working days. If you are using PayPal then please refer to PayPal terms and conditions for more information.
